severe pain 1st day of cycle |
|
Thinking about it my menstrual wasn't painful from the start. The pain
started a few years later and kept getting worse with most every
cycle. Looking back now I can see it must of have been the lack of
nutrition that caused menstrual pain.
Although the cramps came more often than not, it was up and down.
Then at age 33 I had a baby and breast feed for eight months. During
this time, when my cycles came back, and quite some time after I had no
cramps. Gradually, though, they came back strong. Carrying a child
changed the way I ate and I continued to eat good for a while. It
must have been the lack of nutrition that caused those cramps.
Since drinking what my 3 year old calls his vitamin juice I have no
menstrual cramps and I have energy that first day also. To me it's
unbelievable!
