The Acai Rio bowl is a simple dish which does not require much effort or ingredients. It is not a soup like dish but rather it is more of a mouse styled dish.
Ingredients:
200 grams of acai pulp
400-500 grams of apple juice or soy milk
2 thirds of a large banana
Directions:
Slice two thirds of a large banana in to a blender, add 200 grams of
acai pulp and 400 – 500 grams of apple juice or soy milk. Blend thick and pour
in to a bowl.
