The most common way that Acai berry is consumed is by making smoothies. The following is a list of different smoothies that you can try. If you want to be creative you can even try variations of the different smoothies available. Please note: All of the smoothie recipes below will require the use of a blender.
Add 100g Acai Fruit Pulp, 150ml pomegranate juice, and a handful of
blueberries.
Acai Milk Shake - Ipanema Style
Pour 2 ice cream scoops of Acai Roots into a blender,
2 ice cream scoops of vanila ice cream. Add 1/5 cup
of milk. Blend until smooth and serve.
Leblon Style
Pour 2 ice cream scoops of Acai Roots into a blender,
1 ice cream scoop of yogurt. Add 1/2 cup of Apple
juice or Soy milk, 1 frozen banana and 3 frozen
strawberries. Blend until smooth and serve topped
with granola and bananas slices (fresh).
Brazilian Style
Pour 200 grams of Acai Roots into a blender.
Add 1/2 cup of soy milk or juice and 1 banana.
Blend until smooth and serve topped
with banana slices and granola.
Acai Smoothie
Blend 200 grams of Acai Roots with one cup
of juice or soy milk, 1 banana, 1/4 cup of
strawberries or other fruit and 1/2
cup of ice or yogurt.
Acai Drink
Blend 100 grams of Acai Roots with 1 cup
of juice 1/2 cup of ice and 1/2 cup of
banana slices or strawberries.
